Navigating social media and the digital world can be pivotal in the early stages. You'll see traction ramp up as your demographic continues to adopt your product, service, etc

However you see traction, ensure you can track it. You need to be able to measure your success. As you scale, you're revenue will grow, but margins will shrink. You need to have people in place to analyze, digest, and inform you.

I am an Indiana native who migrated down to Central Florida. I started my career in Corporate America, but wanted more for myself and my family. I quickly found success in Roofing, specially, Tile Roofs. I moved to Costa Rica for five years and continued my entrepreneurial journey there with Real Estate Development. Those five years taught me the ins and outs of clay tile and have been specializing in Tile for over 35 years! I came back to America and now sit on the board for the Florida Building Code for Roofing. I'm also a member of the Florida's Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA).
